Our in-house airtightness testing and thermal imaging allow us to assess how a building is performing in practice. We can identify air leakage, investigate areas of heat loss and pinpoint defects that might otherwise remain hidden.

Testing can be carried out during construction, while issues can still be easily corrected, as well as on existing buildings to help diagnose performance problems and inform improvements.

By testing individual rooms, specific areas or the whole building, we use real-world evidence to help close the gap between design and actual performance.
