Eco Renovation

Stone cottage retrofit

Challenge: A cold, damp solid-wall cottage losing heat through every elevation.
Solution: Internal wood fibre insulation with a breathable finish, upgraded roof insulation and full draught-proofing.
Products used: Pavatex wood fibre, lime plaster finishes

Extension

Garden room extension

Challenge: Connecting a dark rear kitchen to the garden without losing performance.
Solution: Insulated timber frame extension with a warm flat roof and continuous airtightness line into the existing house.
Products used: Flex-R EPDM roofing, Baumit render

New Build

Low-energy family home

Challenge: Delivering a new house with genuinely low running costs.
Solution: A fabric-first build-up tested room-by-room during construction to eliminate air leakage before finishes.
Products used: Pavatex systems, in-house airtightness testing

Eco Renovation

Barn conversion interior

Challenge: Insulating around exposed historic timbers without trapping moisture.
Solution: Moisture-safe detailing around every beam junction, with breathable insulation kept continuous throughout.
Products used: Pavatex wood fibre, breathable membranes
