Our Approach
Every home should perform as well as it looks.
Building Performance
Built properly, from the start
High-performance construction relies on hundreds of small decisions being made correctly throughout the build. Our approach is to understand the building, the design intent and the critical details before work begins — then make sure those details are carried through on site. We work closely with architects, engineers and specialist consultants, while bringing our own practical experience of building high-performance homes to the process.
The result is a building where design, materials and workmanship work together — rather than relying on individual products to deliver performance.

Our Expertise
Experience built over time
High-performance construction requires specialist knowledge, but just as importantly, experience of putting that knowledge into practice.
As a Pavatex Approved Installer with over 14 years' experience using Pavatex products, we have extensive practical knowledge of woodfibre insulation, airtightness and breathable construction. That experience helps us understand not just how individual products should be installed, but how complete building-envelope details need to come together on site.
We are also accredited installers of Flex-R EPDM roofing and Baumit render systems, allowing us to deliver several critical elements of the building envelope in-house, backed by manufacturer-supported systems and long-term warranties.

In-house testing
We test our own airtightness
Unlike many contractors, we carry out our own airtightness testing. Our equipment allows us to test whole buildings or individual rooms during construction, enabling us to identify and resolve air leakage before finishes are completed.
